Terms and Conditions

1. ORGANIZER & ELIGIBILITY

   1. 1. The Tai Sun 60^th Anniversary Lucky Draw (“Promotion”) is organized by Tai Sun (Lim Kee) Food Industries Pte Ltd (“Tai Sun”).
      2. This Promotion is open to all Singapore citizens, permanent residents, residents holding a valid Student Pass, Employment Pass, Work Permit, or Long-Term Visit Pass, who are aged 18 years and above and with a valid Singapore mailing address.
      3. The following persons are not eligible to participate in this Promotion:
         1. Employees of Tai Sun, including its affiliated and related companies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, and siblings).
         2. Representatives, employees, and agents of Tai Sun’s advertising, marketing, promotion, and event agencies or service providers, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, and siblings).

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

   1. 1. This Promotion will be valid from 1^st July 2026 00:00 to 31^st October 2026 23:59 Singapore time (“Promotion Period”).
      2. All entries received after the Promotion Period will not be accepted and shall be deemed invalid.

3. PARTICIPATING PRODUCTS & RETAILERS

   1. 1. Participating Products: All products under Tai Sun Nuts, Nature’s Wonders, Treatz, UCA.
      2. Participating Retailers: FairPrice, FairPrice Finest, FairPrice Xtra, FairPrice Online, Cold Storage Online, Cold Storage, CS Fresh, Jasons Deli, Giant, Sheng Siong, Shopee and Redmart.

4. HOW TO ENTER AND RULES OF ENTRY

   1. 1. Step 1: Purchase SGD 15 worth of any participating products, from participating retailers as specified in section 3 in a single receipt. Each valid receipt entitles participants to only 1 chance to participate in the Promotion. Participants may submit multiple receipts for multiple chances, as long as each entry is supported by a unique valid receipt, and meets the requirements of these Terms and Conditions. The following information must be printed and indicated clearly on the receipt/ proof of purchase:
         1. 1. The name of the store where the products were purchased
            2. Date of purchase (purchases made before or after the Promotion Period as specified in section 2 will not be accepted)
            3. Quantity and description of the products purchased; and
            4. Receipt number
      2. Step 2: To participate, please submit your entry during the Promotion Period. Eligible purchases are defined as purchases made in a single receipt during the Promotion Period.
      3. Step 3: At the end of the Promotion, winners will be selected at random on the date as specified in section 6.

5. PRIZE DETAILS

      2. Grand Prize – The Grand Prize consists of travel voucher reimbursement(s) with a maximum total value of SGD 3,888.
         1. 1. The winner may choose their preferred travel arrangements, including but not limited to flights, cruises or travel packages, subject to availability and the terms of the relevant travel provider.
            2. The winner shall be responsible for making and paying for the travel booking(s) in full.
            3. The booking name must correspond with the winner’s name as stated on their identification document and any supporting documents requested by Tai Sun.
            4. The winner must submit valid proof of booking and payment, together with any supporting documents requested by Tai Sun, for verification purposes.
            5. The winner must submit all booking and reimbursement documents within 6 months from the date of prize acceptance, failing which the prize shall be deemed forfeited.
            6. Upon successful verification, Tai Sun will reimburse the winner for eligible travel expenses, as determined by Tai Sun in its sole discretion, up to a maximum value of SGD 3,888.
            7. Any amount exceeding SGD 3,888 shall be borne solely by the winner.
            8. Any unused portion of the SGD 3,888 prize value shall be forfeited and will not be paid out in cash.
            9. Any taxes, insurance, visa fees, surcharges, gratuities, personal expenses, or other costs associated with the travel arrangements shall be borne solely by the winner.
            10. Reimbursement shall be made via a method determined by Tai Sun following successful verification.
            11. All travel bookings and reimbursement claims submitted under the Grand Prize shall be subject to verification by Tai Sun. Tai Sun reserves the right to approve, reject or request additional information in relation to any claim submitted.
      3. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
      4. Tai Sun reserves the right to substitute any prize with another item of similar value at its sole discretion without prior notice.
      5. Tai Sun shall not be responsible if a prize provider changes, suspends, withdraws, or ceases to offer any prize, activity, service or experience.
      6. Certain prizes may be provided, sponsored, or fulfilled by third-party brands or service providers and may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by such third parties. Participants are advised to refer to and comply with such third-party terms and conditions, where applicable.

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

   1. 1. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The winners will be announced via Tai Sun’s Instagram page by 13^th November 2026. 
      2. Each participant shall only be entitled to win 1 prize under this Promotion.
      3. The list of winners will be announced using the initial of the winner’s first name, full last name, and the last 4 digits of the mobile number submitted with then entry.
      4. Winners will be informed via email within 1 week from the date of the winner announcement. Winners must acknowledge, complete and return the required prize claim form and any supporting documents requested by Tai Sun within the timeframe specified in the notification email.
      5. Winners may be required to provide proof of identity, original purchase receipt(s), and any other supporting documents requested by Tai Sun for verification purposes before a prize is awarded.
      6. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 1 week from the date of notification, they will automatically be disqualified, and Tai Sun reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to forfeit the prize and select an alternative winner.
      7. Prizes must be claimed, collected or redeemed within 6 months from the date of prize acceptance by winner, unless otherwise specified by Tai Sun or the relevant prize provider. Any unclaimed prize may be forfeited without compensation or further notice.
      8. Tai Sun reserves the right to publish or announce the names of winners and/or partial identification details of winners on its website, social media platforms or other communication channels for publicity and promotional purposes.

7. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

   1. 1. By participating in this Promotion, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all decisions made by Tai Sun in relation to the Promotion.
      2. Tai Sun reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine the validity and eligibility of all entries and participants. Any entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, illegible, altered, duplicated, submitted using invalid proof of purchase, or otherwise does not comply with these Terms and Conditions may be disqualified.
      3. Tai Sun reserves the right to verify all entries and supporting documents submitted. Participants may be required to provide original purchase receipt(s), proof of identity and/or any supporting documents requested for verification purposes.
      4. Tai Sun reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms and Conditions or engages in any conduct that, in Tai Sun’s opinion, is fraudulent, dishonest, misleading, abusive, or otherwise prejudicial to the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion.
      5. If any winner is subsequently found to be ineligible, Tai Sun reserves the right to withdraw, forfeit or reclaim the prize at any time. If the prize has already been redeemed, Tai Sun may require the winner to return the prize or reimburse Tai Sun for its value. No compensation will be provided in such circumstances.
      6. By participating in this Promotion, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data for the purposes of administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility, contacting winners, prize fulfilment, publicity relating to the Promotion, and any other purposes reasonably related to the Promotion.
      7. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tai Sun and/or its affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or claim arising from the participation in the Promotion, or acceptance, use or misuse of any prize.
      8. Tai Sun shall not be responsible for any technical, system, network or communication errors, failures or delays affecting participation in the Promotion. Tai Sun reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if it is unable to operate as intended due to such issues or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
      9. Tai Sun reserves the right to amend, suspend, modify or cancel the Promotion and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
      10. Tai Sun’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
      11. Tai Sun shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Promotion where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, labour disputes, or interruptions to utilities or communications services.
      12. Certain prizes may be provided, sponsored, or fulfilled by third-party brands or service providers and may be subjected to additional terms and conditions imposed by such third parties. Participants are advised to refer to and comply with such third-party terms and conditions where applicable. Tai Sun shall not be responsible or liable for the terms, fulfilment, quality, availability, or performance of such third-party prizes.

8. GOVERNING LAW

   1. 1. This Promotion and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, and participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.
